To qualify for an exchange shoes must: arrive in their original condition and packaging, wheels cannot be removed from their packaging, shoes can't show any signs of wear (always try shoes on a carpeted surface), and shoes must be shipped prepaid freight within 7 days of delivery. Any shoes that do not meet these standards will be refused. Please email us if you have any questions.

30 Day Return Policy
You may return your Heelys within 30 days of the date of purchase for a refund of the purchase price (shipping is non-refundable). To qualify for a refund you must email returns@adultheelysshoes.com and request a RA # within 30 days of the date of purchase. In your email please include your name, order number and reason for return. Your RA # and return instructions will be emailed back to you. Also to qualify for refund shoes must arrive in their original condition and packaging.
